Assets and Financial Investigation
 
The Agency uses this strategy to financially incapacitate drug offenders. The major responsibility here is to investigate assets of persons arrested for committing offences under the NDLEA Act and to identify and trace the proceeds from the dangerous drug trade, with the view to affecting the forfeiture of such proceeds of drugs to the Federal government of Nigeria.
