Pursuant to the order of Court granted on the 21st day of March, and varied on the 16th Day of May, 2023 in suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/304/2023 by Hon. Justice N.E. Maha of the Fed- Eral High Court Abuja Division, notice is hereby given to the General public that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have obtained an Interim Order of Confiscation of all abandoned Vehicles and motorcycles at its FCT Command, Abuja pursuant to Section 34(b) of the Proceeds of crime(Management and Recovery) Act, 2022, Section 333(a) and (b) of Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015 and Section 44 (k) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria, 1999 (as Amended).
