Pursuant to the Order of Court granted on the 28th day of November 2023, in suit no. FHC/PH/MISC/407/2023, by Hon. Justice S.I. Mark of the Federal High Court Port Harcourt Judicial Division, notice is hereby given to the general
public that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has obtained an Interim Order of Forfeiture of aban- doned motorcycles and household items at its River State Command.
TAKE NOTICE that at the expiration of Fourteen (14) Days from the date of publication of this order if there are no objections, the Agency will proceed to obtain final forteiture of the motorcycles and household items listed below:
