Pursuant to the Court Orders granted on the 22nd day of May and 24th day of November, 2023 in suit nos. FHC/YNG/CS/100/2023 and FHC/YNG/CS/256/2023 respectively by Hon. Justice Isah H. Dashen of the Federal High Court Yenagoa Judicial Division, notice is hereby given to the general public that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has obtained an Interim Order of Forfeiture of a Mercedes Benz J5 Sprinter bus with Reg. No. GBB 504 XA and other vehicles, motorcycles and items at its Bayelsa State Command.
