PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Order of Court granted on the 1st day of July 2024 in suit no. FHC/L/MISC/236/2024, by Hon. Justice Y. Bogoro of the Federal High Court, Lagos Division, notice is hereby given to the general public that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has obtained an order of interim attachment of Thirty (30) motor vehicles and One (1) Haojue motorcycle at its Seme/Badagry Special Area Command.
TAKE NOTICE that at the expiration of Fourteen (14) Days from the date of publication of this order if there are no objections, the Agency will proceed to dispose off the items by public auction.
