PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Order of Court initially granted on the 10th day of July 2023, in suit no. FHC/MKD/CS/30/2023, and renewed on the 24th day of November 2023 by Hon. Justice Abdu Dogo of the Federal High Court Makurdi Division notice is hereby given to the general public that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has obtained a an Interim Order of Preservation of vehicles, motorcycles and items at its Benue State Command.
TAKE NOTICE that at the expiration of Fourteen (14) Days from the date of publication of this order if there are no objections, the Agency will proceed to obtain final forteiture of the vehicles, motorcycles and items listed below:
